30-45 minute guided meditation to help you enter a state of thoughtless awareness. All levels of experience welcome. Spoken word and music will gently guide your mind into stillness. Meditations focus on topics such as gratitude, clarity, intuition, moving forward, love, grounding and more.
20–30 minute session with a brief introduction on using meditation as a professional tool: expand creativity, sharpen your instincts, remain calm, turn setbacks into stepping stones. Followed by a guided meditation.
Two-hour class on creating mandalas. Learn how to draw mandalas, an ancient art of symmetrical patterning used to calm and center the mind. We will incorporate your own personal intention and a guided meditation to add depth to our practice. All levels are welcome, no prior experience needed.
90 minutes of coloring mandalas. Let creativity be your guide to unwind and relax after a hard day of work. This workshop includes a Meditate with Mandalas coloring book for each person and coloring supplies for the day of the workshop (pens and colored pencils).
