30-45 minute guided meditation to help you enter a state of thoughtless awareness. All levels of experience welcome. Spoken word and music will gently guide your mind into stillness. Meditations focus on topics such as gratitude, clarity, intuition, moving forward, love, grounding, and more.

Two-hour class on creating mandalas. Learn how to draw mandalas, an ancient art of symmetrical patterning used to calm and center the mind. We will incorporate your own personal intention and a guided meditation to add depth to our practice. All levels are welcome, no prior experience needed. Class held monthly at Art Central. An hour of coloring mandalas. Let creativity be your guide to unwind and relax after a hard day's work. This workshop includes a Meditate with Mandalas coloring book for each person and coloring supplies for the day of the workshop (markers and colored pencils). Discussion and guided meditation included.
Two-hour experience including a 30-minute presentation and discussion about the value of meditation for professional development, a 30-minute guided meditation, and one hour of mandala coloring meditation (coloring pages and markers provided). Mandala meditation has been shown to reduce stress and increase calmness. Class can be customized as needed.
A brief discussion on using meditation as a tool for: expanding creativity, sharpening your instincts, remaining calm in chaos, turning setbacks into stepping stones. Followed by a guided meditation.
